Today, to teach my 14-year-old son a serious lesson for bullying a child at school again, I grounded him for the rest of the year. He just snorted and said, "Cool, I'll just jack off all year then! Thanks, mum!" and happily retreated to his bedroom. FML

Take away his computer then. At least make it boring for him

the more mouthy he gets, the more it worked ;) I agree, take away his phone, his computer, etc. Cancel his account with whatever company has his phone, and password-protect the router. Stand strong, because this is a good lesson for him about just how absolutely unacceptable his behavior is!

Granted bullying is seriously wrong, speaking from personal experience. I don't think this was the right way to go about his punishment

Take away his computer and bring in some classics for him to read. Most. Boring. Days. Ever.

Every child will claim a form of 'That didn't hurt me!' in response to punishment. Hold your ground.

Take away his free time. Make him mow the neighbor's grass, clean the house, paint the fence...etc And if he purposely does a shit job, keep taking away anything he loves: cell phone, tv, no books, no internet...etc

Make him sleep on the living room couch. No privacy at all

He doesn't need a door, doesn't need a phone, tv, xbox, PlayStation or a pc. Take them all away :)

Take his door off his room. Works every time
