okay well Mtv didn't pick them to win.. you had to VOTE for who you wanted.. everyone love twilight.. with a popularity contest.. the movies don't have 2 be good but if u love the books or the actors they will win everytime... (i voted for twilight)

I'd be more worried that my generation is not voting in the presidential election, something that will effect your future more than who was popular at the MTV movie awards

Yes she did. I'm 21 and I like the books and the movies (although the books are way better). I like Harry Potter more and I agree that Twilight should not have beat out Inception (that movie is awesome). As for the books, sometimes it's nice to read a book that's not depressing or that you don't have to think about. The Twilight books are not true literature by any means, but they're a good read when you don't want to have to think about anything or try to figure stuff out. I don't really want to read intellectually challenging stuff every time I pick up a book. Sometimes random/ridiculous/trashy/whatever stuff is more enjoyable at times. With that said, I am Team Edward all the way. Taylor Lautner's body is good for a 16 year old (not a man), and he lacks morals. I don't like anyone who tries to steal someone's girlfriend constantly.
