WhyMeAC tells us more.
Well, for starters, I'm 99% sure this dude was staring at me because we were standing alone in the annex of the bus terminal, and every time I looked up from my book, he was staring. Secondly, it was almost midnight and this was the same terminal my boyfriend was held up at gunpoint outside of less than a year ago, so I was already on edge. Third, I didn't sit down. Because the creepy **** smiled at me when I got on the bus! I stood. But the fact that the only open seat was next to him seemed worth mentioning in context.

That sucks.. I hate buses too, not because of stalkers, but because of the bums and crackheads that go around demanding money outside the bus stations
I love this double standard. If the man was attractive you would've been flattered; you would've boasted about how "a cute guy was checking me out at the bus stop this evening, then I sat next to him and he smiled at me" But because he was not in the standards that you consider cute he's a 'creep.' That is ******* disgusting that people can think this way, hypocritical morons.
Personally, I can't stand making eye contact with anyone; it makes me nervous for no good reason. So I wouldn't have cared what the guy looked like, I would have felt very uncomfortable regardless. However I know most girls would be happy that a "cute guy" was staring at them, so you do have a valid point.
I hope she did get raped. ******* deserves it for labeled some guy as "that creepy guy". She can fall down a well for all care.
well if he's a creepy guy, than what else is she supposed to call him? If he's that obviously staring at her (which it sounds like he was) then, yeah, it's not uncalled for to call him a "creepy guy" on an FML about him. And, no, it is not extremely vain of someone to consider someone like this creepy because there are definitely people out there who are very obviously staring in a disturbing way...
yo, 82, For all you know, he could have been staring at her in a pervy way (READ: Inappropriate and degrading). Get off your high horse and realize that it's not haughty or judgmental or what-have-you for OP to refer to the guy as "creepy" if he really did make her feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Cus... y'know... that's what "creepy" people do.
just because there is one open seat that doeasnt mean you have to sit down
Why the hell are women so paranoid nowadays? Ever think maybe he wasn't being creepy, just checking you out. Consider it a compliment if a guy find you attractive you r-tard

Tell him you have a penis. Problem solved.... MAYBE.
You can try as hard as you want to avoid it, but creepers always manage to find a way to be creepy
