Some schools don't have time to hold assemblies during the day. But, most do. Some parents don't want their child or know that their child know about these type of things and don't want or need their children to go, so the schools hold them after school. Mouthwash CAN raise blood alcohol levels. For most of the United States, you can drink and drive as long as you are 21 and with a blood alcohol level under .08. Anytime under the age of 21, even a sip of any sort of alcohol can get you arrested. Breathalyzers take from the lungs, not from the mouth so Listerine or any other sort of mouth wash doesn't do you much good except raise that level or just give you better breath. Although, it won't totally cover the smell of alcohol on your breath.
