Today, we had customer complaints of a child molester hanging around our restaurant. After confrontation by a manager, he wouldn't leave. I had to be walked to my car after my shift by more than one person because I look 12 and they were afraid for me. I'm almost 19. FML

Actually I am in the same boat with you as in the age thing. It really sucks because people are always asking where my parents are and it's irritating. At least they were trying to protect you and i agree that someone should have called the cops

When closing at the chain restaurant I used to work, other guys, or I would always walk our female coworkers to their cars. Better safe than sorry.

Ah yes, fond memories of getting kids menus at restaurants when I was 15. Now I'm 25 and people usually put me at 16-18, which I'm cool with. In any event, **** that piece of shit creeper and it's at least good you people looking out for you.

Yeah, it may have annoyed me in high school, but now that I'm 25 and a lot of my same-aged peers look a good 10-15 years older I'm quite happy.

Who said he was a 'child molester'? And what does that mean? People can be so full of !#=@, how do you know the report was even valid? Did you know if you get too drunk and pee near enough to a school you can be labeled sex offender for life? I'm not for those who actually hurt others, but people are getting whacko these days.

My friend is a registered sex offender for that very reason. He is a wonderful man and doesn't deserve to be called one.

#35 why defend someone who's an 'alleged child molester' when they've been loitering around this place? They've been asked to leave so clearly they're causing discomfort to others? Even if they're harmless they should acknowledge that discomfort and not actively stay there to cause further distress. If not a molester, this person is an asshole and OP has every reason to be weary.

had to post cause I noticed people were thumbing down the comments saying, atleast you'll look young when you're older. I don't see how anyone can take this the wrong way. OP you gotta genetic gift, be proud of it. And **** the haters who thumb this down :)
