I know it feels degrading but I honestly think you have it pretty good since your coworkers were so concerned for your wellbeing.

I have a similar age-and-appearance problem like you do, except I'm 14 and at school last year, I was a freshman starting high school but I was mistaken for a Junior twice and a Sophomore every other time. People guess me to be 15-17.

Call the police, or ask someone else to do so. He could harm someone if he's loitering around and behaving inappropriately. I am concerned about the fact that he is a known predator and not just a creep

I agree that it's better safe than sorry. He could have even been a sex trafficker...you never know.
