Today, we had our second snow day in a row, something that never happens. So while the rest of school got to sleep late, I had to wake up early, get dressed, and go to my bus stop because my mom didn't believe me. FML

why wouldn't you show her the school website/call the hotline/check the news?

fake!! there is no way the OP's mother didn't notice that it was actually snowing and secondly, if she had figured out that the weather conditions were bad, she wouldn't have sebt her child at the bus station...

she wouldn't have insisted on her child going*

So... your house has no windows, or your mother is blind? Don't be so rude to those in poverty or with a horrible disability. Epically when that somebody is your mother. YDI

Wow... we never get snowdays in Canada... But in the U.S., if it snows for two days, it's like, "OMFG SHUT EVERYTHING DOWN! WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE!"

um, the east coast got 2-3 feet of snow, and it has been below freezing all week. i'm pretty sure even in canada that would warrant a snow day or two
