Today, we had our second snow day in a row, something that never happens. So while the rest of school got to sleep late, I had to wake up early, get dressed, and go to my bus stop because my mom didn't believe me. FML

sounds like my day. record snowfall in Texas, and I had to be at work by 5am. **** that shit.

I would have turned on the tv and hosed her then went back to bed.

canada comparing your cold days to ours is useless. Not everyone is accustom to the weather conditions we have depending on the situation. I've been to toronto more then one time( both winter and summer time) and i still found it to be freezing in NYC where i live.

after I read this I spazzed at my little bro

Americans close their school for the smallest amount of snow. Detroit, which is north of where I live, cancels there schools if there is a light dusting. #132 you visited one city, way to generalize all of Canada.

Wait.. you americans close schools after 2 days of snow? wtf? we still had to walk to school (no taking the bus here) when there was 1 meter of snow

just walk to somewhere besides the bus stop. is it really that complex?

You people are stupid try living in Alberta it doesn't stop snowing till June. Stop complaining.

umm im sorry but why didnt you show her the news or look on the internet or somthing? your just stupid.

Sometimes I have to cycle 10 kms through 30 centimeters of snow to discover my first 3 lessons are cancelled, so what's the problem?

Before I moved, I got only one snow day in my school years. ONE. And I lived up north. I really can't relate to bitching people from south, who can't even drive a car, when there is 1mm of snow.

Yeah..I would not have done that. My mom could have threatened me to high heavens. But if I'm right, I'm sticking to it.
