That's awful! I'm sorry OP. If they won't listen to you, Residence Life have to listen to your parents since they're the ones often paying for your tuition. Last semester one of my friends had bed bugs and the bites to proove it too. However, Res Life did nothing until her parents called. Best of luck with your pest problem!

The ants are trying to get rid of your pest problem, they're throwing it out for you...just not through the right exit. They're your exterminators.

No way! March into the Housing Administration office on campus and tell them. If they still do nothing, call the county health dept.

Take lots of pictures and if they still refuse to do anything about it threaten to release the photos to the public and media. The school should do something about it especially if there's a shitstorm on the horizon. Make sure you take down the names of those that refused to help you when you complain as well, take it as high up the ranks as you can!

Sounds like this guy that lived in my dorm hall. Had 4 mice in his room and the people are the reception desk didn't believe him...until he brought 3 dead mice and 1 living one in a box to the front desk. Even after that all they did was give him mouse traps AFTER he'd killed all the mice.

I'd just video tape it and prove it to them.
