Today, while at a stop light, I was rear-ended by a car behind me. The guy got angry at me, because according to him, I should've known that his car has poor braking distance, and so I should've moved forward a few more feet to compensate. FML

Well most insurance companies will find him at fault, so it should be covered. Still sucks to be you though.

don't worry, i'm sure the insurance companies won't cut him a brake.

Doesn't everyone pull forward a little when a pos cars is coming up fast behind their pride and joy at a red light? Maybe it's just my paranoia acting up.

No, it's your paranoia. May want to take another half a pill.

That happened to me a few years ago. It was rainy and like 5:30 am. The car didn't hit his brakes and I hurt my back. Be careful op, make sure you get checked out by a doctor.

I can't wait to see you on tv in People's Court!

I'm sure the insurance company will have him pay.

I would have told him that being he has poor breaking distance he should have taken the bus!!!

He wasn't driving a Toyota, was he? But seriously, if he's too cheap to get new brakes, he deserves the rise in insurance.

Toyota's have nothing to do with it. All brands have their brakes wear out on them and it's up to the owner to fix it. My family and have driven Toyota's for years and not once have the brakes been faulty in anyway.

What an idiot he shouldnt been driving

God OP, stop being so ******* selfish and pay attn to the stupid drivers around you. It's not like its their fault they have shitty cars. /sarcastic
