Today, a guy beat the crap out of me for supposedly sleeping with his girlfriend. I didn't get a chance to tell him my brother lives with me and that he had the wrong guy. When my brother got home, he didn't ask if I was okay, but rather if the guy was coming back for him. FML

I'm so sorry for your loss and that your girlfriend told you that. I usually don't condone not coming clean about cheating but this would have been a scenario where it was best left unsaid.

Breaks my heart to read this, hopefully you can one day somehow find peace with this. Nobody deserves for this to happen, and nobody deserves to find out when and how you did.
