Today, while I was working at McDonald's, a man and his wife ordered a Sundae. I gave the guy his sundae and realized I'd forgotten something. I said, "One second sir. Let me grab your nuts." I realized what I said when his wife gave me the death glare. FML

Considering that you work at McDonald's, your grammar and punctuation are actually quite good compared to the rest of the FML crowd. I commend you; you have not totally F'dYL yet! PS-A sundae is nothing without nuts, so that's a reasonable phrase!

so because she works at Macdonalds she Is expected to be uneducated and have poor grammar? generalization much??

Wait, OP. Was there really a second guy, or did you just forget the comma (the comma and the nuts)?

Lol, all these people make me laugh. I was working at McDonoald's while I was in high school, earning money for college. My life isn't F'd. It was just a funny situation.

She should've understood what you meant. She needs to get over it if she was indeed THAT insecure.

So, did you grab his nuts? LMFAO! This has gotta be the best FML of all time!

Fuhohohoho!~ Hearing that would have given me such a laugh AND made my day! It's a shame more people don't have a sense of humor for when little slips of the tongue like this happen.

The real question is.... did you follow through and grab his nuts?

I heard grabbing other peoples nuts is popular in Louisiana.

Sadly over here the TSA does it all the time at your local airport. Apparently terrorists hide there.

hahaha she said nuts! this kinda reminds me of peter on family guy..

I work at McDonald's too. Once there was a guy who ordered a sundae and didn't want the nuts, he told me to keep them and in the end he said "enjoy your nuts".

"W ould you like fries with that shake, ma'am?"
