Today, while on my way to the movies, I stopped at a gas station to pick up candy so I could avoid the high prices at the movies. The guy who tore my ticket asked for my purse, confiscated my candy, and then kicked me out of the movie theater. That guy was my boyfriend. FML

Where I am from, they can ask to see in your purse but they can not force you to show it as it is a violation of privacy.

Its actually illegal for him to search your purse unless he's a cop. He can ask you to turn your purse out and the manager can refuse you entry if you don't comply, but hes actually at the risk of getting fired because he broke the law. And thats your boyfriend, what an a hole, he must have been really mad at you

Ummm doing his job? Where are you from? Because im in UK and my friends brother works at movies not only he gets us free tickets since his allowed to get certain amount free tickets but any cinema in uk ur allowed to take sweets n all in :s id dump his ass and go out with someone who appreciates you
