Today, while riding the subway a homeless man got on asking for money. I went to give him a dollar but he refused because I was "of the Asian persuasion." FML

I know a few Vietnamese people who get a lot of anger directed toward them from old men, well groomed or homeless, that are Nam Vets. I'm not saying this is the case and it doesn't make it ok, but this does happen.

why the hell would that make you hate your ethnicity? people are going to find a reason to hate you no matter what so suck it up. I watched two white guys hate on each other because one was Irish and the other was Italian. they said the meanest things about each other. Don't ever let someone else's hate persuade you to deny your ethnicity.
