Hey, I talked to him about it and he denied it and then said sorry. We've been together for four years (high school sweethearts). we've been fighting for a long while and we both think its time for a change. I still love him very much but think its time for someone to appreciate me.

If he can copy paste replies to you then obviously your conversations don't change enough for him to actually have to think of a reply , that's the real FML here. spice up your conversations a bit, add some dragons and maybe even drunken hobo brawls.

Talk it through with him. Obviously your conversations are boring if that's what he does. The thing with texting is it's really tough finding things to talk about. Maybe you could find random topics that keep his interest when you're texting so you won't run into that problem.
