Today, while walking to work, I sneezed so violently that I slipped on a patch of ice and hit the ground hard, badly spraining my shoulder. I lay there in agony as a pair of bystanders just stood there, laughing their asses off. FML

So much for Canadians being super nice

Most people would have laughed, and then maybe helped you. That's humans for you.

Depending on how funny it looked I may have instinctively laughed but I would've at least tried to stop and immediately ran over to help him. I've watched some of those "fail" YouTube videos and I always feel so terrible for laughing because I know the person was probably hurt bad, but there is something so funny about a person falling. I imagine if I witnessed it first hand though I would've been too upset for them than to laugh though...I hope. :)

It's sad that some people don't have the decency to actually offer some help... Hope your shoulder gets better! Those can be a pain in the ass to fix...

I know the feeling. It sucks, people are just so awful sometimes. I just don't get how people can just like not make sure somebody is okay when they've fallen and just laugh instead. I hope your shoulder is better soon.

They probably didn't realize the severity of it OP. I know it's still rude to laugh, but we've been laughing at people getting hurt since we were babies. Feel better OP.

sucks OP... and Canadians are supposed to be the nice people... faith in human kind decreased...

Honestly, I'd laugh too. Help you, but laugh.

I can relate. I sneeze all the time and I'm also a klutz. Sorry op!!

FYL, but I have to admit, I'd laugh too. Sorry
