Some parents ARE this neglectful, I was living with my cousin and his girlfriend a while back and she had two children, a 1 year old girl and a 5 year old boy. I had to watch them a lot and on the first time I had to change the little girls diaper. Not a big deal until the little boy layed down next to her and said "my turn". His mother never even told me he was still in diapers, and she hadn't even made an attempt to potty train him. My cousin and I would tried to teach him but after this and various other questionable parenting choices, we asked her to leave. She has since had child protective services called on her. OP talk to his parents first and if you don't get an explanation, tell someone!

Well... Kids, they are slow sometimes... Don't worry it's not that weird, my grandpa is almost 80 and he still wear those damn diapers, totally normal :)

sorry to hear OP. sorry for that child too. I did some work at a crisis nursery so I feel your pain.

I'm sure OP would have either mentioned the handicap or not posted at all if the reason the 7 year old crapped himself was due to a disability.

Umm thats child abuse or something in that nature if the kid is 7 and not potty trained. Unless there is a medical condtion behind it call the cops
