Cancelling and then reordering is so obvious this shouldn't really be here.
Don't stores have a policy that if prices change they will match it? Otherwise people would just cancel or return and rebuy anyway.
Make a call and get a refund. If you can prove that the reduced price started within 24 hours of your order, most decent companies are more than happy to honor that offer.
