Today, I was giving my crush a lift home from a mutual friend's house. When he got in the car, my mom asked in French, "Is this the guy you won't stop talking about? You can do so much better!" Of all the things I've told about him to my mom, I forgot to mention he's French as well. FML

Serves her and you right. It's incredibly rude to talk behind someones back in another language in the presence of that person. I speak 3 languages and I've NEVER EVER talked a language someone in the surrounding couldn't understand. You're assholes and you deserved this one.

I don't see how the girl deserved it. but even if you are speaking another language, and the person doesn't understand that, they might not know what exactly you are saying, but they still can tell you are talking about them.

#7 good thing that you're being such a great person, but I speak 3 languages as well and sometimes it's simply not possible to speak one, that everyone who's around understands. So instead of trying to communicate in the right language every second you should work on being a little nicer.. they're definitely not assholes!
