If you think you are unattractive, there are small things you could do to boost your confidence. Small makeovers can do wonders and teach you to bring out your best features, which probably isn't the ones listed. For me, something as simple as the way I wear my hair can make a huge difference. One style and color really brings out the washed out look that I often get during a flare up. Constant pain and no sleep can wreak havoc on me and sometimes it shows through in my face. In fact, I just went back to the color that hides it well. I look younger and feel better about myself. Sometimes small things do wonders.
