You know, that might've been Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR). It's a very pleasant tingling sensation, usually in the scalp, that can occur for a variety of reasons. Watching someone do something carefully is a pretty common trigger. Try checking a few YouTube videos - you may have learned something about yourself!
#58 and #60 are right, this sounds just like ASMR. It's not sexual at all, but it does feel nice. You really should check into it OP! I get tingles watching people do things too, especially "personal attention" situations.
