Boss doesn't knw if this woman has a victim complex. She may believe she was harassed but, thinking you've been harassed is not the same thing as actually being harassed. I've seen that multiple times at my office. I've even been accused of harassment by employees I've reprimanded. Proof is needed.

My mom lost her job for being sexually harassed, apparently because it turned into a battle of "he said, she said." The guy kept his job because everyone he worked with was able to cover for him.

Umm there should be someone higher is the company to complain to because your boss just saying there's nothing he can do is basically illegal. The guy may not get fired right away but j had a similar insident and the guy got written up and of he had ever done it again he was going to get fired. If there isn't someone higher you should go to the police
