There's no reason to be ashamed. Hell, household items can be used (lint roller anyone? or ****, even a smooth-capped toothpaste tube does the trick). Online is the best bet, but I'm sure if you're embarrassed and still live at home a package from "sexy fantasies" or some shit won't give you too much credit.
