Today, I was driving home. It was late and I wanted to get home so I started speeding. I didn't wanna get a ticket so I slowed down everytime I saw a car that could be a cop, judging by headlights. There was a car with a busted headlight so I sped up. Couldn't be a cop car. It could. $216 proof. FML

Today, while driving home, I saw a cop with a speed gun "hidden" by the side of the road. I went to slow down so the fuck-knob wouldn't be able to ticket me. I then had a brain-fart and floored the gas instead of hitting the brakes. Hello speeding ticket. FML

Today, I was speeding a little on the highway. I thought I saw a police car, so I slammed on my brakes, causing the person behind me to rear end me. The "police car" I saw was just a broken down car on the side of the road. FML

Today, I was tailgated by a car with his high beams on for an hour. Any time I changed my speed or lane, he would do the same. I finally managed to get away from him because a cop pulled me over and gave me a speeding ticket. FML

Today, I got pulled over for speeding and got a $200 ticket. After I pulled away, I decided to warn the next car about the cop up ahead by flashing my headlights. The next car was another cop. He didn't appreciate my "help". FML

Today, I was driving a little over the speed limit, when I saw a cop car waiting to join the road ahead of me. I quickly hit the brakes so they wouldn't have a payday with me. I hit the brakes too hard, lost control and almost ended up on someone's lawn. FML

Today, the blinker on my car was broken so I decided to play it safe and drive a different car to work. I guess it wouldn’t have mattered which car I drove, as the cop nicely told me one of the headlights was out when he pulled me over. FML

Today, I was pulled over and was given a $300 ticket for going 90mph on a 70mph highway. The cop swore he saw my silver car darting in and out of traffic. A couple of minutes earlier that exact car had passed me while I was following the speed limit. FML

Today, I pulled up to the stoplight near my house. It was dark with no traffic and the car behind me kept edging closer and closer to me. I finally got fed up with waiting and the car and ran it. In fact, it was a cop and he was trying to read my license plate because the back light was out. FML

Today, after driving a few hours late at night I decided to entertain the car tailgating me by not letting him pass. After doing this for 3miles, reaching 93MPH, I decided to let the car pass me. When I switched lanes, the car tailgating me light up in red and blue. It was a cop. FML

Did you know, that because he had a busted headlight.. you could've got him too. You may have $216 fine, but he could've lost his job over not taking good enough car of the police vehicle. :)

Ironic how you decide to break the law to get home quicker and it ends up taking longer than ever. that's why you just try to drive drive the speed limit. logically you will get home quicker, but based on what actually does happen you don't. moral of this story, just drive carefully and you will get there faster and more importantly safe.

sucks doesn't it? there's a cop by my house that drives around with one of the 'n's or new driver magnets that you have to have for two yrs after you get your license in bc. but then again, that's why you either don't speed or drive so fast the cop can't catch you ;) jk jk but ydi still

Haha the same thing happened to me once. Me and my friends were at school leavers and were underage street drinking as we walked to this party. Because it was leavers there were cops everywhere so every time we saw headlights in the distance we stashed our drinks on the side of the road. Then we saw a car with one headlight, and we thought it couldn't possibly be the cops. The car slows down and pulls up beside us, "Good evening boys, IDs please." FML

This is why I hate cops so much; they think they're above the law. Nowadays most cops are bullies trying to abuse their power instead of helping out the community with things that really matter.. Fyl for sure.

you should have taken a picture of his car without a headlight taken the ticket to court and get out of your ticket because if a cop car isn't up to code they're not allowed to write you a ticket not that it's gonna stop them cause some cops are dicks but if u have proof you could get the ticket canceled although you'd probably still have to pay court fees...but hey at least you wouldn't have a speeding ticket on your record OR you could do what i do and get a radar detector unless of course you live in Virginia or dc in which they are illegal in which case sucks for you
