I'm confused on how someone could not stop picking their scabs. Wouldn't they eventually run out of scabs to pick?

Picking is a disorder. It often runs hand in hand with other mental illnesses. I luckily broke that habit a long time ago, but still have to fight it. Mine is tied to my anxiety and bipolar. And just because I have a mi, doesn't mean I don't deserve to be happy with someone. I've worked hard to get my issues under control instead of sitting around whining that someone else doesn't have these issues and I do. So if you have something you don't like in your life op, like not being in a relationship, get off your ass and do something about it. There are plenty of ways to meet people. If you are shy or have something else holding you back from attempting to meet more people, then deal with that issue. We all have issues. Some of us have a diagnosis for ours. It doesn't change the fact that if we aren't happy, we are in control of fixing the problem.
