Ah, don't sweat it, Lady. You wouldn't have known the man was this unsure of his feelings and such. There are greater men to meet you anyway.
Maybe in time things could work...but either way you'll find someone...
He didn't mean any harm :) But it definitely could have been worse.
I hope his girlfriend finds out!
what an ass he needed to go on a date with another girl to see if he really loved his gf he should be the single 1
Even if he chose you over her. He probably wouldn't of been such a trustworthy, loyal towards you.
You should tell his girlfriend.
That's really unfortunate for you OP. But considering that you assured him that he only wants his girlfriend, he was probably scared of dating again and losing the perfect woman for him. It is impolite to do that to you but think of it as helping a couple last a little longer if not forever? Some guys don't know what they want and you helped him see it. There will be the perfect gentleman for you someday...and if he was a gentleman, he could have figured what he wanted without leading you, or anyone else, on.
Sounds like my boyfriend
owch that sucks.

Welp, just cross him off the list. Luckily you only wasted one date with him. It wasn't polite what he did, but at least he didn't lead you on.
Tell his girlfriend you went on a date. It's only fair.
