I know the feeling OP. I work in a pub that was built in 1547 and is well known around here for its mysterious goings on. I often have things thrown at me such as glasses off the over head shelves, they never smash though, always bounce! And they travel too.. Don't just drop off the shelf. And don't get me started on the dark windowless cellar with a light that doesn't work properly, creepy! You have to remain positive and try not to think about it. You're there to do a job and it's generally understood that if you don't do anything to upset them, they leave you alone. The most activity we've seen is when the back bar was being worked on by a decorator. Someone was NOT happy. There's been a sighting of 5 different ghosts that I know of, probably more.

Check the security cameras if any to see if your just seeing things...
