Adapt, overcome, improvise

Today, I was squeezed through an overly-crowded hallway down to my psychologist's. There, I sat in an overly-crowded waiting room to see him, next to an obese woman and an insane man. I finally entered the smaller-than-a-closet room. My reason for seeing a psychologist? Claustrophobia. FML

The systematic desensitization therapy seems to be working! I once got stuck in an elevator for about an hour and a half with 25 drunks (including me) and after surviving that, I've been a lot less claustrophobic.

Maybe you’re not as claustrophobic as you think.

The psychologist was trying to get rid of your phobia or see how bad it is i guess

Nothing like some good ol’ cognitive behavioral therapy to help you overcome that phobia! Those are some best practices right there
