Today, my band had a show. We played a love song, and during the bridge, I asked out a friend of mine who was in the crowd, over the mic, in front of at least 200 people. She said no. FML

Oh man that really sucks. DX But, that was actually a really bad idea to ask her in front of a crowd. That puts pressure on the girl, AND there are many many ways that it could go wrong. So, FYL and YDI.

One thing I learned long ago, you never ask a question like that if you don't already know the answer, especially in public. Even more important for things like proposals, but applicable here too.
