Today, my dad came home drunk off his ass. So drunk that he couldn't manage to open the refrigerator, and ended up punching it in a fit of rage. When I tried to calm him down and get him to bed, he told me to fuck off, and grounded me. FML

he won't remember the punch or the grounding. But spend some time thinking up a horrifically embarrassing-for-him story about how he hurt his hand. That'd be a complete YDI for him!

Yeah he won't remember anything in the morning. All he will care about is his hang over, and possibly hurt hand. Then you can laugh at him when you tell him he couldn't open the fridge.
