i guess i dont need to re-iterate how AWESOME pitbulls are and you'ree neighbors clearly didnt train it right. MY pit hangs out with my 7yr old cousin a lot and never had any hint of problem
This is an easy one, sue them...
i'm calling BULLSHIT on this one. there is no way in hell that a Pitbull will get up to 100 lbs. I've had one for the past 8 years and mine weighs all of 60 lbs. and my pitbull too has never bit anyone.
There are different breeds of pits I have seen a 110lb pit she was a sweetheart. Some breeds are just bigger then others.
sue them, end of story. Pit bulls should be illegal, they're nothing but trouble.
**** YOU you just don't hear the stories of the good pit bulls all you hear about is the bad people and people are so ******* thickheaded that they think it's always the dogs fault
Their homeowner's insurance will cover your medical bills. Call the police, file a police report. The police should be able to facilitate you getting their homeowner's information.
i agree insurance should cover this, but it should be pet insurance that covers this - not homeowners insurance. If their pet insurance covers public liability that should be fine, but you need to take action. ask nicely if they will cover costs, if not, sue. hope you get well soon.

You've got to be kidding me. They're not even paying your doctor's bills? If my dog bit someone, I'd bend over backwards to help that someone so that they wouldn't get my dog put to sleep. What jerks you have for neighbors!
#2. Not all pitbulls are vicious. Most people would assume a family pet is friendly. The neighbors should have warned that their dog is mean. A good owner will socialize the dog so that it's not afraid of strangers. And if you know your dog doesn't like certain things, like people motioning it to come over, you tell them. You should sue. Dogs that bite people get put down.
