How dare they have lives! If they were REAL friends they would have cancelled the sale of the house, aborted the pregnancy and dumped the new girlfriend. /sarcasm Sheesh OP. Get over yourself. People's lives aren't put on hold just because you broke up with your boyfriend.
sounds like the opening for a bad romantic comedy. :/
if she went out with friends with the purpose being to forget her breakup, yes, they should focus on making her happy that night! if she didn't tell them why they were going out, okay, I get it, but i would have been "hey, bf broke up with me, you up for dinner to help cheer me up?" in which case they should NOT have brought up any sort of relationship (good) news and focused on op! not good friends IMO! I'm sorry op, try and enjoy being single!
Go get him back!
sounds alot like that fishing part in p.s. I love you. there are always others out there op stop being depressed about one in ur past.
Wow you have insensitive friends! They knew you had broken up with someone and needed cheering up but decided to make you feel worse! :( Normally you would be happy for them but their timing is awful!
you do since you answered.

could be worse, one of them could have announced they had just gotten together with your ex-boyfriend. Down some martinis and be happy
