I prefer a little StoneRidge. Mmm chocolate fudge brownie.
that sucks for you but be happy for your friends; they are proof you'll feel better in time.
am I the only one that realizes she is upset because all her friends are in happy relationships. it says nowhere DES making them sad too. the dinner was to forget her boyfriend but it's hard when her friends are sharing about their sucessful relationships. it doesn't say she made her friends sulk with her, just that she was still upset despite their trying to cheer her up. damn.
Smearing your success in the face of someone that is down, will not make them feel better. It will, however, most likely make them feel like crap. They knew why there were there, they should have went with things as they were and held their good news till later.
jerks
Sounds familiar... P.S. I love you?
Did they know that you were trying to forget about your break up? If they did then that's pretty inconsiderate I guess...

could be worse, one of them could have announced they had just gotten together with your ex-boyfriend. Down some martinis and be happy
