So, normally I don't comment on these, but this one hit kind of close to home for me. Seriously, OP you need to not play cop. Why do you care if she was texting? What were you going to do, pull her over and give her your piece of mind? What you did, in turn, was you harmed someone else being stupid. My husband works in public safety, and he tells me about people like you, you do not need to worry about what other drivers are doing as long as you are not in immediate danger. I had someone do this to me yesterday, he was "mad" at me throwing his hands up, driving next to me staring me down, because he thought I was texting, when what the idiot didn't see was that I had a bluetooth on, and was just trying to check the time because I was running late going to my destination. Stop trying to be a hero dude, and mind your own business.
