Today, I asked a buddy of mine if he wanted to go see a movie. He said he was busy, so I decided to go alone. Midway through, the couple behind me was making out and kicking my seat. I turned around, and it's my ex-girlfriend making out with my buddy. FML

Today, I went to see a movie with 4 friends. I didn't realize that I was the only one who didn't have a date. The theater row had just enough room for everyone but me, I got to sit in back of everyone else while they were making out in front of me for 2 hours. FML

Today, I went to the cinema with a girl I like. Knowing she has a bit of a soft spot for me, I was keen to sit in the back row. Too bad her sister tagged along, insisted that we sit somewhere else, and scolded me every time I so much looked at her. I ended up paying for the unwanted guest as well. FML

Today, finally accepting the fact that the love of my life has moved on, I took myself to a movie, alone, on a Saturday night. After buying the last ticket to a sold out movie and trying to find the only open seat in the dark, I sit down... right next to my ex-best friend AND my ex-fiancé. FML

Today, I went to the movies with my boyfriend. He went to get popcorn and I went to the bathroom. Thinking he had got back before me, I sat down next to him in the theater. I leaned in to kiss him, then realized it was some 70-year-oldish woman. FML

haha FYL. on the other hand, this sounds like a very high-school situation, in which case, your ex probably wasnt anything serious, and your friend is as selfish as the next kid.

Your buddy was honest -- he was busy. . .with your ex-girlfriend. The real FML probably happened in the previous weeks or months. Hey, OP, the funny thing is that your buddy was probably ******* your ex-girlfriend while she was still your girlfriend. Having your chair kicked is the least of your problems -- it's having your balls kicked that really hurts!

So what? You are not going out with her, and your buddy shouldnt cancel the date just cause you wanted to go. He had a prior engagement and bringing a friend on a date is kinda wierd
