Big question

Today, I overheard my boyfriend of two years tell his friend he was going to "pop the question." Ecstatic, I wore my nicest dress and got my hair done for dinner. Near the end, he leant in romantically and asked if we could start doing anal. So much for marriage. FML

he can give it to you... after he gets the strap-on.

1 - "Nookie" refers to sex of any kind. No where did she state she hadn't given him any sex; she just hadn't had anal sex with him. To the others - Anal is DEFINITELY not necessary for marriage. If you're the type of guy who stands by that and believes it: a) don't get married. Ever. b) change your damn views, because they're wrong. and/or c) you probably won't get a girlfriend who'll stay, so you better start lookin' at dudes.

is that really something to ask at dinner? Everybody knows that the appropriate time is when you are handcuffed to his hot water tank.

I can't believe there are so many prudes in here getting offended about anal sex. Seriously, I bet you are all fat, ugly soccer moms with short mannish hair whose husband have either left you or cringe to touch you.

So, I'm assuming you're gay, since you're so against women.

Ooh! Good one, OC. Man, I didn't see that coming. Too bad you didn't catch the point I was trying to make. Nowhere did I imply I was against homosexuality. I simply made the point that he comes off as one.

If they're against women, as I so loosely put it, then who else are they left to go to? Also, his assumption about them being rejected by their presumed husbands and/or having mannish hair etc is completely incorrect, but let's not go there. You read into everything a bit much... why not try reading what's in front of you instead of between the lines? You do that for about half of the posts on here, and then assume the rest.

He's not gay, he's just one of those dumbass 'men are better than women' guys.

It's very easy to see where he picked up misogyny from the original post in this thread. Observation: There are a lot of prudes in here. Conclusion: They must all be women because women are prudes. They lash out because they have "mannish hair" and their husbands "cringe to touch them". He wasn't implying the men in here were the prudes...

Organised, I love reading your comments when it comes to FML's of a sexual nature, I find that I always agree with what you have to say.
