IDK about you, but if I'm up on STAGE and about to receive an award, that sneeze would've have trouble coming out anyway. And even if it did, It's not hard to control it without holding your nose. So... YDI, but still FYL. because it still sucks, even if it was preventable.

That really does suck. Snot starts to flow more when youre heated so its sucks in ballet especially because if you feel it start to run that not much you can do alot of times. Youre ever one dancing or all you have is a leotard to wipe it on. I've had snot fly a couple times in piroettes, I know it so disgusting. :/

always sneeze into your elbow to avoid that! thats what i do.
