did they cut it? btw FIRST
Retardation is strong with this one.
Well technically, they did as you asked
#59, how exactly can "**** off" be taken literally? I understand **** you, but unless your ******* on the back of a horse into the sunset, it's be hard to **** off
They would have done it literally
u asked them to, i don't see their fault
Really?..
You're one of those people who takes things to literal just to piss others off -.-
she said 'to cut IT out' NOT 'to cut it OFF'
Boi u dumb as ****
Did they at least have the courtesy to make it look nice? Also why do they have scissors and/or a sharp object with them on public transportation?
I, like many people, carry a knife or multi-tool at all times due to their usefulness. I don't cut people's hair though, unless they ask:-).
If I have pants on, I'm carrying a knife. I live and work on a farm, so it's a 'sharp edged farm tool' not a weapon. Other than some very specific incidences and reasons, I've carried one since I turned 12.
#13 and #32. OP is from the UK. It's illegal to carry any kind of blade or sharp object here in public, even if it's a tool.
That's not strictly true; you can legally carry scissors or any blade shorter than three inches in your pocket over here (like the ones on a Leatherman or Swiss Army Knife)
Sorry man, but I gotta say, this made my day! xD Don't worry itll grow back soon enough...
That's what you get for leaving EU

Did these women not learn the kindergarten rule of not invading other's personal space? To pull your hair continuously is bad, to cut it off, I would be ******* livid. I'm pretty sure at that point it counts as assault and they can be charged.
It is assault in the US. Not sure about the UK
It's assault in Canada too, and we sometimes have similarities in laws with the UK. At the very least, the hair pulling would be assault, non consensual hair pulling would hurt, which would classify as bodily harm to the person. Also, they came at the OP with scissors, which even if they're only cutting hair, it could still be seen as an intent to harm.
Yes, I knew that's the way the law works in the UK. Just force of habit and easier to write only assault.
Most busses have cctv - get the police and driver to look at it and identify the women - then charge them and get compensation and hopefully they will also get a sharp lesson in treating people like human beings
People are so childish and dumb as hell. I know you're upset, but at least hair grows back. Probably the last thing you want to hear. Their stupidity will probably last forever if they think it's cute to cute a strangers hair. Thankfully they didn't do something worse with those scissors. Sorry OP.
It's never cute to "cute" a strangers hair.
Apparently 175 people knew that it was a typo and actually understood what I was trying to say. If you didn't, I don't know how to help you.
Are they 5? Even if they were 5 that would still be no excuse. 5 year olds have better manners than they do.
Even 5 year Olds don't usually cut SOMEONE ELSE'S hair. Their own, sure.
Wow, those women are awful. but how'd you not notice until you got home?
It's not like she has nerves on her hair. Cutting hair is painless as long as you are careful not to pull. She could have had on earphones or the bus was loud and therefore she couldn't hear the snip. And it's the hair on the back of her head so it's not like she could see it. I don't find it difficult to see why she didn't notice until she got home. My real question is why the heck nobody told her. Cutting someone's hair would be pretty obvious to people around them, unless it wasn't a full bus. It's just sad what counts for "fun" to idiots these days.
