#4/#9/#10, this site is not just about things that TOTALLY RUIN someone's life, it's about things that happen daily to people that make someone think "OMG! Why did that have to happen to me?!? F my life!!" And if you would actually READ the FML posting rules, you would understand that.
Could you hear the driver laughing?
i agree completely with #15. and #21. its bad enough being stuck on a crowded bus... tired from work or school... all you want to do is get to your stop, get away from the BO of the person next to you, and get home and relax.... i haven't had this happen to me (i'll move out of the way as much as possible, but i won't step off the bus for people in fear that this story would happen to me lol), but i've been left by the bus because it was too crowded..... or sometimes because the driver's not paying attention and just doesn't stop when clearly there are people standing at the bus stop. if you've ever had to rely on public transportation and something like this happens after a long exhausting day, you'd consider this FML-worthy. and not every bus line operates THAT frequently. i used to work at a store that was about 15 miles from home. some nights, it was impossible to get off work on time.... i'd rush outside to catch the bus and i'd be right across the street when it would pass and leave... that bus line passed by every hour... but oftentimes i wouldn't get off work until it was around the time for the LAST bus of the night to pass. so if either of these cases holds true for the OP, then don't assume that he shouldn't say he was "stranded" just because it was a bus stop.
aww lmao that was cutee, and sad. dont you have transfers though ? i dunno what its like wherever you live, but where i live, in a city near toronto, mississauga, when we pay for a bus ticket, we get a transfer that we can use like a ticket, for 2 hours later, so in case we need to take another bus soon, we dont have to pay again.
hahaaha. i live in albertaaaa to gnome sayn
The people are saying it's not an FML... You know how annoying it is to have this type of thing happen to you? If you're on the way to work, you'll be late. If you're on your way home, you'll be late. Imagine the trail of events that follow a missed bus. And it's an easy way to get you fired from a job if you're commuting. I remember once I took the correct bus number, but the wrong route (they alternate I guess) and I thought I made myself very clear to the driver where I wanted to go. He just let my friend and I off some random place. Not knowing the town very well, we walked to the nearest store to ask about our destination...They said it was pretty close, but it was the wrong one. And luckily we had a phone or else we would have been stranded. Sometimes waiting for the *next bus* doesn't turn out too well.
Dont get off the bus! Let the other people do all the work. Dont be pushed around. lol Go Canada!
We are fat because our food, unlike your country's, is edible.
AHAHAHAHAHA! you're just jealous because we have more rights than you do... XD (sirawesome) And another thing, considering the poster was referring to the times the bus missed her while traveling to and from school, that is, in fact, something to complain about, seeing as it's not exactly safe for a school aged child to walk all the way back home alone for half an hour.

That's why you push everyone on the bus these days, its you for yourself, or your standing alone in the rain...
#9, #10 You do. Obviously even enough to even type a comment about it.
