I can easily see how this is an FML. I'm willing to bet the people who don't care all drive wherever they need to go. It could have been raining, it could have been cold, it could have been an area where the bus doesn't come again for an HOUR, or maybe it was the last bus of the day! Maybe he/she was on the way to work. Definitely an FML.
I was going to post the chain of events on FML that leaded from me missing my bus but it was too long. It was a rainy and snowy and slushy day, and on my way to the bus stop and I got sprayed waist-down by a car who wouldn't stop for me halfway across the cross-walk. Not a big deal. Missed my bus, waited for the next one. Normally I transfer to the same number at the station as mine goes out of order. Wasn't there. Took the train to another station and caught another bus which would get me to school on time. I caught the wrong one and had to walk all the way back to the station in the snow/rain/slush. Finally waited and caught the right one soaking wet and got to school an hour late and extremely fed up. Yes, missing one bus can really **** up your day. Maybe it's not a huge '**** my LIFE' but it reaaalllyyy sucks. P.S. OP I feel you, I live in Alberta as well, and recently we've had really shit weather. Hopefully you weren't caught in it.
thats why u keep ur hand on the door bar so it will stay open.
o ya, and whoever doesn't think this is an fml, has never been on a bus. It really really sucks, when you miss a bus, run for a bus, etc etc.
that's something that would so happen to me!
This happened to me in Paris. Except I didn't even get a chance to get on the metro; everyone was rushing on past me so fast.
# 31 LMAO. good job. Sooo true.
Was this in Edmonton? Cause I've seen that happen to people here before, some of our bus drivers are idiots (though some are really nice)

That's why you push everyone on the bus these days, its you for yourself, or your standing alone in the rain...
#9, #10 You do. Obviously even enough to even type a comment about it.
