Today, the "hot" guy I've been talking to for a few weeks sent me a picture. He was very overweight and not good looking at all. He then followed up with, "Now send me one of you so I can prove to all of my friends that you're real." FML

Today, I asked a girl from Bumble for a full body pic. She was obese, so I told her it wasn’t gonna work. She then sent a video of her in real time looking slim and told me that picture was from when she was obese, and she'd sent that picture as a “test of my character” and she’s “better off without someone so judgy.” FML

Darwinian evolution - We look for those who appear to be fit and healthy (i.e. not overweight) because they are the mates with whom we will be able to populate the world and continue our species. Not such a bad thing in the overall scheme of the continuation of mankind.

Just as people are saying you can't trust that the "hot" pictures you may have seen were real, there's a chance this one's fake as well. Maybe this is a test of character, and you just failed. On the other hand, if it is a real picture, then regardless of how shallow you may or may not be, this guy still lied to you. He made you believe he was one person, and then it turned out he was someone else. I recommend giving him a taste of his own medicine: take a picture of a brother/male friend/etc and send it to him as your pic :)
