Today, I asked a girl from Bumble for a full body pic. She was obese, so I told her it wasn’t gonna work. She then sent a video of her in real time looking slim and told me that picture was from when she was obese, and she'd sent that picture as a “test of my character” and she’s “better off without someone so judgy.” FML

Today, a girl I met on Tinder described herself as curvy and sent me pictures. We agreed to meet and let me say… those pictures were at least 10 years and 15 stone ago. She was no longer curvy or even just overweight, she was grossly obese. I could smell the unwashed skin under her fat rolls. FML

It was going quite well until I asked her out and she responded, “You’re only asking me out because I’m skinny now, right? You’re barking up the wrong tree” and she blocked me. FML

Today, I was at a party and saw this girl who used to be overweight. She'd lost a significant amount of weight and looked so good, I went to chat her up. She immediately told me to get lost. According to her, if I "didn’t appreciate her at her worst, I don’t deserve her at her best." FML

he didn't screw up though. he's not attracted to obese women. he was being truthful. she was not. you are allowed to not be attracted to someone if they are what your not attracted to. did you forget that looks is also a factor not just chemistry? you gotta be attracted to the whole package.

🤦 Attraction is entirely subjective. Clapping back at someone who doesn't find chubby attractive is like having a go at someone for preferring blonds or green eyes. She'd be better off putting the full body pic up as her profile and then separating the interested into guys who genuinely aren't bothered and the chubby chasers. Seems easier than using it to metaphorically base ball bat a guy in the face for just being honest about his preferences. Bet the woman has turned down dates because the guy was over *her* weight preference or too short...
