I had to make an account just so that I can post to clear all the ignorance. People stop saying "stop being greedy" or "you only deserve a tip if your service was amazing" waiters and waitresses make less than minimum. They are expected to make up for the low wage through tips. I have never been a waiter but I know what they go through and usually tip $10 for a $30 meal whenever I go out. I only don't tip if the service was poor.
They still left a tip and were polite, that's better than alot of customers. I don't see what being a so-called 'bible thumper' has to do with anything either. Quit complaining, you still get paid eitherway.
T.I.P.S. To Insure Proper Service If you don't pay your insurance you don't get good service. That's why tips used to be put out on the table at the beginning of the meal. I kinda wish it still worked like that!
Please don't call us "bible thumpers" it's offensive.
