Fake imo. If you'd paid, you wouldn't exactly leave your stuff on the counter and walk far enough away to go out of the clerks site to help some old lady, then come back. And he'd have recognized your clothes anyway. And not really a FML even if it wasn't fake, as you'd have a receipt. Find new ways to get attention than posting bad FMLs imo.
