Today, my hair is so long hair that it touches my shoulders now. My father attempted to bribe me into cutting my hair several times. I'm 30. FML

When I was in college I also let my hair grow out. As long as you keep it washed and clean, hair length means nothing in the grand scheme of things. My Dad was also not too happy with my hair length, but we lived with it. Unless you are living at home with Dad it’s no big deal, just ignore it. If you are living at home try to avoid making this your only topic of conversation. If you really need the money and Dad is offering high enough a bribe take him up on it, as long as Dad actually has the money. Your hair length is not going to change your personality. But being successfully bribed by Dad is going to affect your relationship, so take that into consideration. When I was near graduation and looking for a job I got my hair cut in a conventional style. It didn’t affect my personality, it just made it easier to find a job.
