Today, I found out my best friend was having a birthday party and I wasn't invited, so I asked her why. She replied, "What birthday party?" It was a surprise birthday party. FML

Well this gives you a perfect excuse to eat cake and ice cream in a poorly lit room while listening to stand by me.

Maybe that's why the other people never invited OP. He probably has a tendency of ruining surprises...

This is considered, not winning.

that comma, had no business being there.

63 - He's putting an emphasis on how NOT winning this FML was.

16 OP never said they didn't have plans, only that they weren't invited to this party. There's limited space to write an FML maybe they couldn't fit everything/ the whole story.

Wait! If she was your BFF, how did you have no knowledge a birthday party, let alone a surprise party? Shouldn't you have been in on planning it? And if they were keeping it a secret from you as long as possible shouldn't they have told you it was a surprise party so you for sure wouldn't' ruin it?

I would have been like, " oh. It wasn't you having the party?? My mistake. "

1. I love how you did your picture :O I love roses D:

The person planning it must hate or dislike you for some reason to have not invited you or even told you about it.
