Classy move

By Username - This FML is from back in 2011 but it's good stuff - United States

Today, my son invited his girlfriend over to our house, just to break up with her. Then he asked me to drive her home. I was then stuck in a car with a bawling teenage girl who lived over twenty minutes away. FML

That awkward moment when you have an awkward moment.

you should have made her walk home , the exercise would have done her good

Especially now that she has to find a new boyfriend.

You should teach your son how to treat women.

and you should teach yourself how to talk to women

what does talking to women have to with anything? it's a teenage girl, not a women.

Seems like he's got it all figured out, treat people like they will treat you: like shit. All you can do is **** over the other person a little harder.

I'm not sure who I pity the most right now...

wow, your son's a dumbass... why didnt he break up with her at her house instead?

then it would have been her parents driving him home. maybe her angry parents who would have refused to give him a lift ?

He could get his own parents to pick him up or get a bus home like any normal person would.

her dad would've beat his ass like any good dad would.

Oh yeah, just because your boyfriend wants to break up with you just because he doesn't like you anymore, let's have daddy beat them up! Grow the hell up. People break up, people get bored of you, and move on. That's no need to be immature and have your dad beat them up. God damn.

Should of just explained to her how she could do better with a male who can handle his own mess.

When he called to invite her over, he should have just broke up with her then. Since that did not happen, I would have called her parents to pick her up. Once her parents arrived, I would explain to them what a Douche my son is. You need to grow a backbone.
