You're gonna save a fortune on braces! And not have to worry about whether she'll wear her retainer. Silver linings, buddy!
Not quite sure that applies... as far as I know, people with hypodontia first need to wear the braces to ensure there is enough space for the artificial teeth, and only after THAT they start to have the surgeries. So, not-quite-silver-linings.
Fortunately, it's cheaper per tooth to install a whole set of artificial teeth.
