Cliché

Today, my daughter-in-law sent me another romantic text that was meant for her husband. Not only can't she spell for shit, the clichés she uses are horrifyingly embarrassing. The fact this keeps happening makes me want to slam her head in the oven. FML

Meant for "her husband"...suuuuuure it was. I wouldn't bother slamming her head in the oven. I've tried that on numerous FML commenters to no avail. I recommend a taser. The spelling isn't better, but at least they're quiet for a few minutes.

this is the right time to give her lessons, my friend.

at least she's trying to be romantic... could be a naggy bitch all the time...

A little drastic I would say. Just text her back and ask her to learn to spell or her husband won't have a clue what she is trying to say. Lol.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Tell your son you mistook her head for the turkey.

Any yet your grammar is positively atrocious

wow Op, you must be the most perfect person and never make mistakes. I'd be thankful that your daughter in law loves your son enough to send him loving messages no matter how horrid you might think they are. Personally, I think the one whose head should be slammed in the oven door is yours for being so petty and purile!

For all the people saying OP should be happy her son has someone who loves him - **** up. Shouldn't a parent want the best for their child, rather than the first thing that comes a long?

You're the reason I hate MIL - such bitches!!!!
