I thought size not mattering was like the 101 of Judo ( and a lot of other martial arts) - I've seen an 11 yo female judoka take out her dad who decided much like you to mockingly tell her to come at him. But you did learn something during that lesson at least, so good for you.

Well, there is truth in the saying "the bigger they are, the harder they fall." The only thing being bigger gives you is reach. But, being bigger also gives your opponent a bigger target.
